Description

Research Focus:

The position involves developing methodologies to computationally model molecular representation, dynamics, and interactions using advanced machine learning techniques like neural radiance fields (NeRFs). Candidates will work closely with experimentalists in various fields such as synthetic biology, pharmacology, and agricultural chemistry.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct literature reviews and synthesize current research in machine learning, biology, and chemistry.
  • Collaborate with national and international researchers in relevant fields.
  • Write and present research findings at conferences and in scientific journals.

Qualifications Required:

  • Completed MSc in relevant fields (Computer Science, Biology, Chemistry).
  • Experience in Python; familiarity with C/C++ or Rust is advantageous.
  • Proven application of machine learning techniques, particularly deep neural networks.
  • Interest and drive to contribute to interdisciplinary research.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills (C1 level or equivalent).
