Eligibility/Qualification:
- Completion of a degree at an advanced level (Master’s degree or equivalent)
- Course requirements of at least 240 higher education credits, including 60 credits at an advanced level
- Fluency in both oral and written English
Job Description: The project involves a structural and mechanistic understanding of how peripheral membrane proteins bind and transform cellular membranes into small, stable vesicles. Activities include the use of purified recombinant proteins and lipid membranes for in vitro studies, cryogenic electron microscopy for structure determination, and advanced fluorescence microscopy for studying membrane remodeling in cellular model systems.
