DescriptionThis PhD project aims to explore how symbiotic relationships function in environments lacking oxygen. It involves studying Anaeramoeba, which interacts closely with a sulfate-reducing bacterium, with methods including proteomics, RNA sequencing, and fluorescence microscopy. The position includes both research duties and some teaching and administrative work, up to 20% of the time.
