Eligibility/Qualification

Description
The PhD candidate will explore novel experimental platforms to understand how mechanical confinement affects the growth and organization of cartilage microtissues. The work involves:
- Integrating stem cell culture with micro-engineering techniques.
- Conducting research in biomaterials fabrication, mechanobiology, and other cutting-edge methodologies.
- Engaging in collaborative projects with engineers, biologists, and clinicians.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting research and publishing findings.
- Teaching and supervising undergraduate and master’s students.
- Presenting research at scientific conferences.
