Description
This PhD position is part of the ERC STG project “AUTOMATHIC.” The project aims to develop a comprehensive framework for:
- Automated ODE structure identification
- Structural identifiability analysis
- Global sensitivity analysis
- Bayesian parameter estimation
The candidate will engage in the analysis and integration of various in vitro/in vivo data for model calibration and validation. The focus is on creating models to improve the understanding of biological systems and their responses to drugs and toxins, particularly concerning kidney functions.
