Eligibility/Qualification

  • Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.

Description

The PhD project explores the potential of molecular systems for information processing. You will expand on recent breakthroughs in “in chemico” reservoir computing using chemical reaction networks. The research aims to create chemical computers that respond to environmental stimuli and process information similarly to a neural network. Candidates will be involved in programming robotic systems, incorporating deep learning methods, training BSc and MSc students, and being part of the Big Chemistry consortium.
