Description
The project aims to optimize surveillance for stage III melanoma patients post-surgery by analyzing ctDNA dynamics. The successful candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and be responsible for various tasks, including:
- Optimization of melanoma surveillance assays.
- Conducting molecular analysis of ctDNA data.
- Development of multimodal classifiers.
- Designing research studies and manuscript preparation.
