- Excellent analytical and communication skills
Job Description
The PhD project will focus on:
- Developing iPSC-based models for NDDs
- Investigating gene expression regulation and its impact on NDD phenotypes
- Employing advanced techniques to understand neuronal functionality
- Performing preclinical testing of modulators in disease-specific pathways
- Using multiplexed cerebral organoids to assess multiple pathogenic variants
This role will provide a comprehensive understanding of NDDs while contributing to the development of new strategies for patient care.
