Eligibility/Qualification:
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field. Candidates expecting to complete their degree by August-September 2025 are also eligible.
- Strong mathematical foundation and interest in computational mathematics.
- Proficiency in programming.
- Experience in applied linear algebra, numerical methods, or optimization is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Job Description:
- Conduct research on singular linear and non-linear eigenvalue problems under the supervision of Andrii Dmytryshyn.
- Publish research findings and present at conferences.
- Participate in departmental activities, including teaching responsibilities (up to 20%).
- Enroll in a graduate program at the Mathematical Sciences Department.
