Eligibility/Qualification
- Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Biophysics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related discipline, with an excellent academic record.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience in frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Solid understanding of molecular biology and machine learning methods.
- Proven experience in data analysis and statistics.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a strong command of English.
Description
The selected candidate will:
- Develop and manage software tools and algorithms for research workflows.
- Conduct systematic literature reviews and communicate progress to the team.
- Present findings in seminars, conferences, and workshops.
- Prepare scientific manuscripts and mentor undergraduate research projects.
