Scholarship Description
The vision of a Quantum Internet involves creating a new internet technology that facilitates quantum communication globally. This PhD position will contribute to this vision by working on Quantum Network Systems at QuTech, a leading institution in the development of Quantum Internet and Quantum Computers. The successful candidate will join a diverse team focusing on the synergy between quantum hardware, software engineering, and quantum information.
Eligibility
- A master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, physics, or a comparable discipline.
- No prior knowledge of quantum information is required, but a course in quantum information is advantageous.
- Strong teamwork, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- English proficiency as per TU Delft Graduate School’s Admission Requirements.
