PhD Position in Coherent Stokes Raman Scattering Microscopy

Eligibility/Qualification:

  • Degree in photonics, physics, physical chemistry, or related field
  • Top 25% performance in university education
  • Experience in microscopy techniques (preferred but not required)
  • Proficient in English (French language skills can be acquired)

Job Description:

  • Construct and characterize novel coherent Stokes Raman microscopes
  • Simulate experiments using Matlab or Python
  • Collaborate with theoretical physicists
  • Optional hands-on experimentation with cancer samples
  • Assist in tissue malignancy prediction using machine learning algorithms
