Description

The successful candidate will analyze large multi-OMICS data sets from sarcomas, focusing on two main projects:

  1. Compiling and analyzing large-scale data sets, including prospective profiling of new tumors.
  2. Conducting detailed analysis of genetic changes or genomic patterns in rare sarcomas.

The role includes running bioinformatics pipelines for genomic data processing, developing and improving analysis methods, and summarizing data from large patient cohorts.
