Eligibility/Qualification

  • A Master’s degree in physics, chemistry, bioinformatics, applied mathematics, or computer science.
  • Experience with UNIX-like operating systems.
  • Mathematical and programming skills, particularly in Python and machine learning.
  • Basic understanding of molecular forces and structures.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in international teams.
  • Ideal prior knowledge of molecular dynamics (MD) simulations.

Job Description

  • Perform modeling and characterization at the molecular level of selected biological processes using classical molecular dynamics and enhanced sampling methods.
  • Develop deep learning models to guide enhanced sampling simulations.
  • Write and submit computational proposals for necessary resources to advance the project.
  • Engage in the international simulation community.
  • Publish results in international journals and present findings at conferences.
