Summary
The Quantum Opto-Electronics Group (QOEG) led by Prof. Dr. Tomasz Smoleński at the Department of Physics, University of Basel, in collaboration with Prof. Martino Poggio’s group, is inviting applications for a PhD position. The project focuses on developing a novel platform for local sensing of collective spin phases in semiconducting moiré materials (SMMs) by combining optical spectroscopy with SQUID-on-tip (SOT) magnetometry.
