Eligibility/Qualification:
- Motivated PhD candidate with experience in RNA sequencing, single-cell genomics, and spatial transcriptome analysis
- Proficient in R and Python applications
- Understanding of biological context and clinical issues
- Minimum Master’s degree
- Good communication skills in English
Description: The PhD position involves the application of spatial transcriptomic platforms such as Visium, Stereo-Seq, and MERSCOPE. The candidate will contribute to the development of novel functional read-outs, multi-omic data integration, and work with the software platform SPATA (SPAtial Transcriptomic Analysis). The research focuses on advancing the understanding of cancer microenvironments and immunology.
