Job Description:

PhD Position – Mode of Action Analysis of Ticagrelor-Derivatives

• Investigate antibacterial agents and characterize their mechanisms of action.
• Physiological investigation of pathogens under the influence of new active substances.
• Molecular characterization of targets, studying cell death, metabolic processes, and binding partners.
• Use modern microbiological and molecular biological methods, high-resolution fluorescence microscopy, protein biochemistry, and interaction analysis.
• Establish new technologies for the specific molecular characterization of active substances.
