Description
The PhD candidate will engage in the fabrication and testing of area-dependent memristive devices with electron-transparent top electrodes (e.g., graphene) for operando spectroscopy. Responsibilities include:
- Developing device geometries for operando spectroscopy.
- Investigating devices using Photoemission Electron Microscopy (PEEM).
- Planning and conducting beam times at European synchrotron facilities for operando analysis.
- Analyzing and evaluating spectroscopic data and developing microscopic models for device operation or failure.
- Collaborating with project partners and contributing to scientific publications.
