Job Description: The PhD student will conduct a comparative anatomical and acoustics study, gathering data from various bird species. They will explore correlations between syrinx shape and sound production, communicate with the team and collaborators, draft scientific papers, and present results at scientific meetings.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Master 2 in Biology or Bioacoustics with research experience.
  • Expertise in CT scanning, segmentation, and/or acoustic analyses.
  • Knowledge of birds and functional morphology of vertebrates.
