Eligibility/Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Construction Management & Engineering, Civil Engineering & Management, Architecture, Business Administration, Organizational Studies, or a related field.
- Affinity with qualitative research methods (case studies, ethnography).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Comfortable collaborating with various organizations in the Dutch construction industry.
- Proficiency in English; Dutch preferred or willingness to learn.

Job Description:
As a PhD candidate, you will:
- Investigate the adaptation of construction practices under changing environmental conditions.
- Analyze the role of digital tools and sustainability targets in the construction lifecycle, from design to demolition and reuse.
- Conduct in-depth case studies through ethnographic observations, interviews, and document analyses.
- Develop digital solutions and recommendations to support the adoption of material reuse and sustainability in construction.
