Description
This PhD project aims to enhance treatment accessibility and reduce work pressure in mental healthcare through an integrated Capacity Management approach. Key responsibilities will include the development of operations research models and data-driven decision rules, implementation of these rules in prototype decision support systems, and collaboration with colleagues within the CHOIR research team. Successful candidates will engage in statistical forecasting, stochastic modeling, and optimization techniques such as reinforcement learning.
