Study Area: The research focuses on computational developmental biology and stem cell research, exploring single-cell clonal, spatial, and dissociated cell transcriptomics data for 3D neurodevelopmental reconstruction using machine learning approaches.

Scholarship Description: This position is part of the SciLifeLab & Wallenberg National Program for Data-Driven Life Science (DDLS), offering extensive training in computational biology. Co-supervised by Prof. Sten Linnarsson and Prof. Carolina Wählby, the project integrates various datasets to gain insights into neurodevelopmental processes and diseases.

Eligibility: To be eligible, candidates must hold a second-cycle/advanced/master qualification or equivalent. Proficiency in English equivalent to English B/English 6 is required. Candidates must have skills in Python or R, understanding of genomics/transcriptomics, and basic knowledge of university-level biology.
