Eligibility/Qualification
- A relevant MSc degree (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Linguistics, or related fields)
- Strong skills in machine learning and deep learning
- Experience with modern NLP methods, including transformer models
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Prior experience in NLP, LLM architectures, security, privacy, safety, or robustness is preferred
Job Description
As a PhD student, you will:
- Conduct research on Security, Safety, and Privacy in NLP and AI, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Explore various research directions, including detection of adversarial inputs, LLM-generated text, and vulnerabilities in multilingual settings.
- Collaborate with international researchers and partners within a highly dynamic research environment.
- Engage in knowledge exchange through longer stays abroad in leading research environments.
