Job Description: The selected candidate(s) will join the dynamic Group for Lasers and Plasmas (GoLP) at IST, University of Lisbon, working under the guidance of Prof. Luis O. Silva. The 4-year PhD position(s) will involve original research, combining theory, simulations, and potential experimental collaborations. Explore topics such as matter behavior under extreme conditions, plasma topology and instabilities control, and the development of unique secondary sources for various applications. Engage in international research stays within the collaboration network.
