Research Area

The research topics within the Doctoral Network range between experimental to computational, fundamental to applied, focusing on the research and development of biomolecules for sustainable applications in food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics.

Location

Multiple institutes across Europe (NL, DE, IT, FR, BE, and UK)

Eligibility/Qualification

  • Master’s degree in (chemical) engineering, physical chemistry, physics, bioengineering, food processing, or related areas
  • Proficient in English
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, with a creative mindset
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Team-oriented and able to work in an interdisciplinary and internationally oriented environment
  • No prior Doctoral (PhD) degree
  • Not resided or carried out main activity in the country of the host organization for more than 12 months in the last 3 years

Job Description

Successful candidates will contribute to the exploration of sustainable biomaterials production by conducting research and sharing knowledge within the Doctoral Network. The position involves engaging in experimental, computational, and applied research to develop valuable biomolecules for diverse industrial applications.
