Language ProficiencyProficiency in scientific English (written and spoken)
Additional SkillsExperience with analytical methods, specifically LC/MS, is advantageous

Description

The selected PhD candidate will conduct metaproteomic analyses of fecal microbiota from colon cancer patients. Responsibilities include sample preparation, mass spectrometry data analysis, and participation in training secondments at leading institutions across Europe. The three-year program offers a collaborative environment, aiming to advance microbiome science and address One Health challenges.
