Eligibility/Qualification
- Master’s degree or equivalent in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
- Completed degree must correspond to a minimum of four years in the Norwegian educational system.
- Master’s project should involve methodological aspects using mathematical tools.
- Proficiency in scientific programming.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Academic grades:
- Bachelor’s degree: Average grade C or better
- Master’s degree: Average grade B or better
- Master’s thesis: Grade B or better
Job Description
- Participate in cutting-edge research focusing on the development of new conformal prediction methods for knowledge graphs.
- Work with graph neural networks (GNNs) and logic-awareness to enhance prediction models.
- Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary teams to tackle fundamental challenges in the intersection of machine learning, statistics, and logic.
- Contribute to the academic community by engaging in teaching, supervision, and interdisciplinary research initiatives.
