Eligibility/Qualification:

  • M.Sc. in Chemistry with a strong academic record.
  • Background in physical organic chemistry and supramolecular chemistry.
  • Proficiency in microscopy is a plus, and we are willing to provide training in complementary skills.
  • Creativity, self-motivation, ambition, and excellent communication skills.

Job Description: As a PhD Researcher in Dhiman Lab, your responsibilities will include:

  • Synthesizing organic molecules and artificial chemical reaction networks (CRNs) for non-equilibrium supramolecular polymerization.
  • Implementing reaction-diffusion strategies to achieve spatiotemporal control over structural self-organization and functional states.
  • Characterizing supramolecular polymers through spectroscopy and fluorescence/super-resolution microscopy.
  • Contributing to innovative research in the emerging field of coacervation.
