Description
The successful candidate will be part of the IDLab Ghent research group and will focus on developing conversational AI models for recruitment contexts. Responsibilities include:
- Investigating state-of-the-art multitasking conversation models.
- Developing controlled adaptation techniques for dialogue management.
- Collaborating with industry stakeholders and other Flemish universities.
- Contributing to course support and supervising master’s theses.
