- A second-cycle level degree (master’s degree) or equivalent qualifications.
- Completion of at least 240 ECTS credits, with at least 60 ECTS at the second-cycle level.

- Not resided in Sweden for more than 12 months in the past 3 years.
- Must be within the first four years of research experience and not hold a doctoral degree.
