Alternatively, they should have completed at least 240 credits in higher education, with at least 60 credits at the Master’s level, including an independent project worth at least 15 credits, or possess substantially equivalent knowledge acquired through other means. Specifically, candidates should have a minimum of 90 higher education credits in relevant areas such as image processing, computer vision, machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, and proficiency in programming languages including Python. Strong communication skills in English, along with personal attributes such as creativity, diligence, and structured problem-solving, are essential. Additional qualifications such as experience with graph-based methods, explainable AI, programming languages like Matlab, JavaScript, C++, Rust, software version control with Git, typesetting with LaTeX, Linux administration, Bash scripting, interest in biomedical research, and experience in applying image analysis in medicine are highly desirable.
