Eligibility/Qualification

  • Essential Requirements:
  • MSc in Molecular Biology/Genetics or a related discipline obtained before the project start.
  • Proficiency in standard molecular biology and biochemistry techniques.
  • Experience in genomic experiments (RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, etc.).
  • Independent thinking and project management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience with chromatin capture methods.
  • Background in bioinformatics, microscopy, and image analysis.
  • Previous publications in relevant fields.

Description

Selected candidates will lead their research projects focusing on planning and conducting molecular biology and cell culture experiments, as well as computational analysis of NGS data. The position is part of a well-funded, interdisciplinary environment at the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology and is supported by PLN 30 million over four years through the Foundation for Polish Science (FNP).
