Description
This fully-funded 3-year PhD position is part of the “DTU Alliance” project in collaboration with Cornell University. As a PhD candidate, you will engage in groundbreaking research to facilitate a sustainable energy future amid increasing reliance on distributed energy resources. The work aims to address the challenges of coordinating active loads in a smart grid while ensuring customer privacy. You will create computationally efficient models and analyze the implications of active load management on energy procurement costs and customer service.
