Job Description:
- Conduct research on how gut microbiota induces T cell responses and its dysfunctions in inflammatory bowel disease using germ-free mouse technology and transient bacterial colonization models.
- Utilize state-of-the-art immunological tools, including adoptive transfers and peptidetetramers, to track specific T cells over time and across organs.
- Benefit from direct supervision by the principal investigator, regular mentoring, and a collaborative working environment.
- Gain expertise in highly demanded skills such as germ-free experimentation and immunological techniques.
