Research Area

Eligibility/Qualification
- A completed degree equivalent to a master’s-level (second-cycle) or at least 240 ECTS credits, including 60 ECTS credits at second-cycle level.
- A minimum of 90 credits in Molecular Biology, including courses in chemistry, cellular and molecular biology, genetics, and microbiology.
- Advanced-level courses in Molecular Biology totaling at least 30 credits, with a minimum of a 15-credit independent project.
Job Description
The PhD position focuses on:
- Developing protocols for RNA sequencing (RNA-seq), whole-genome sequencing, and targeted genomic perturbation.
- Analyzing data and creating methods for analysis.
