Description:
This PhD project seeks to develop advanced optical measurement strategies by exploring multi-modal optical measurements involving various parameters such as multiple illuminations and viewing angles. In collaboration with local experts and ASM Pacific Technology, the research applies these frameworks to real-world challenges like measuring placement on integrated circuits (ICs). The role involves optics, Python programming, and machine learning using frameworks like PyTorch, aiming for peer-reviewed publications and a PhD thesis.
