Eligibility/Qualification
- A two-year master’s degree (120 ECTS points) or equivalent in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- Strong background in experimental organic chemistry.
- Experience in method development and homogeneous catalysis is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- A motivation for scientific excellence and commitment to high-quality research.
Job Description
The successful candidate will receive intense training in organic chemistry and its related areas over the full 3-year period. Responsibilities include:
- Organic synthesis of starting materials and reagents.
- Development and optimization of new organic reactions.
- Investigation of substrate scope, including the isolation and characterization of products.
The work will be conducted in a highly ambitious and international research group at the forefront of organic chemistry.
