Eligibility/Qualification
- Master’s degree (120 ECTS points) or equivalent academic qualification in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- Strong background in experimental organic chemistry.
- Experience with method development and homogeneous catalysis is an advantage but not required.
- Must possess good communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Description
The selected candidate will undergo intense training in organic chemistry and catalysis. Responsibilities include:
- Development and optimization of novel organic reactions.
- Organic synthesis of starting materials and reagents.
- Investigation of substrate scopes and isolation/characterization of products.
The candidate will join a highly ambitious research group, contributing to cutting-edge methods in organic chemistry in a collaborative environment.
