Eligibility/Qualification
- Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Atmospheric Sciences, Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary, international team.
Job Description
The PhD candidate will support various tasks associated with the HARMONIE project, including:
- Preparation and colocation of advanced sensor systems for long-term testing in urban monitoring stations.
- Design and execution of multiple ambient air and noise monitoring campaigns across European pilot cities.
- Retrospective modeling of oxidative potential (OP) time series.
- Conducting epidemiological time series analysis linking OP and other air pollutants to health outcomes.
