Scholarship Description: The PhD scholarship focuses on developing machine learning models for analyzing Raman spectroscopy data in stem cell differentiation. Collaborating with DTU, KU, and Bioneer, the project aims to optimize manufacturing and discovery processes in stem cell applications. The successful candidate will work on the integration of Raman spectroscopy data with other sources, such as sequencing data, and contribute to the development of novel machine learning methods.

Eligibility: Prospective candidates should possess:

  • Strong oral and written skills in English
  • Prior experience with chemometrics, physics, machine learning, or related areas
  • A two-year master’s degree (120 ECTS points) or an equivalent academic level
