Eligibility/Qualification:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or other Engineering disciplines, coupled with a Master’s degree in Computer Vision, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English.

Job Description:

The selected candidate will work under the supervision of Dr. Antonio Agudo as part of the GreenVAR project. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing an integrated drone system for the automatic inspection of renewable energy systems.
  • Implementing novel algorithms for image segmentation, compression, localization, reconstruction, and synthesis.
  • Addressing challenges related to noisy observations, non-calibrated cameras, and diverse environments to enhance algorithm robustness.
  • Exploring self-supervised methods for both model- and data-based approaches.
