Eligibility/Qualification:

  • MSc degree (or close to completion) in Systems and Control, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
  • Experience or strong affinity in Systems and Control, Optimization, or Game Theory
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication skills with excellent command of English (Dutch not required)

ResponsibilityDescription
Analyze stochastic game equilibrium problemsConduct theoretical analysis of complex systems
Develop data-driven distributionally robust reformulationsInnovate new methodologies for optimization
Develop data-driven stochastic equilibrium seeking algorithmsDesign algorithms for multi-agent interactions
Develop optimal control strategiesFocus on control of stochastic game equilibrium
Engage in teaching activitiesSupervise workgroups, assist in courses, mentor students
