Eligibility/Qualification:

Job Description:

  • Conduct advanced computational research on the interactions between virome, microbiome, and the human host.
  • Collaborate closely with wet lab scientists to analyze first-hand datasets.
  • Utilize single-cell technologies, multi-omics methods, culture-independent techniques, and machine learning.
  • Contribute to the development of personalized phage-based treatments and manipulation of the human microbiome for therapeutic purposes.
