Research Area
The research will focus on the following specific objectives:
- Fabrication of Pb-free Halide Perovskite Solar Cells.
- Development of testing protocols for indoor stability based on IEC TS 62607-7-2 standard.
- Examination of IPV performance under various light conditions.
- Upgrading encapsulation methodologies for indoor stability assessment.

Eligibility / Qualification
- Master’s degree in physics, chemistry, materials science, nanotechnology, electronics, or a closely related discipline.
- No previous PhD awarded.
- Must not have resided or carried out main activities in Spain for more than 12 months in the last 3 years.
- Experience in thin film or solar cell fabrication using solution processing methods.
- Highly motivated researcher with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; high proficiency in English is mandatory.
Description
This position aims to advance research on Pb-free Halide Perovskite Solar Cells designed for indoor applications. The researcher will be involved in:
- Synthesis and functionalization of materials.
- Fabrication and stability analysis of solar cells.
- Development of data analysis protocols and reporting on progress.
- Preparing scientific manuscripts and engaging in knowledge dissemination through workshops and conferences.
Starting date: March 2025
Duration: 36 months (full-time commitment)
Trial period: 4 months
Gross salary: Approximately €33,376.18 (includes living and mobility allowance), €37,836.31 (with family allowance).
