The successful candidate will be embedded in the international SMILe study team, participating in the evaluation of medication adherence outcomes and leading the methodological planning and completion of the process evaluation. Responsibilities include data management and analysis, reporting findings, and application of both quantitative and qualitative research methods. The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to complex intervention research in the field of e-health-facilitated integrated care models.
Eligibility:
Prospective candidates should possess a Master’s degree in Nursing Science, Public Health, Medicine, Health Sciences, Psychology, or a related field. Strong methodological and statistical skills are essential, and competency in German (level B2 minimum) is mandatory. Competencies in implementation science and experience in caring for hematology patients are advantageous.
