PhD Scholarship Position in Controlled Environment Agriculture Integrated Pest Management

The PhD graduate student research assistantship is offered by the Department of Entomology at the University of Georgia. Research will involve investigating the role of various factors, including banker plants, supplemental food for natural enemies, LED lighting, and growing systems, on the success and efficacy of biological control programs in controlled environments. The scholarship aims to contribute to ecologically sound and reliable pest management strategies that enhance agricultural productivity and food safety. Eligibility: To be eligible for this scholarship position, candidates should have a Master’s degree in entomology, biology, ecology, natural resources, crop science, or related fields.
