- Strong background in computer coding (e.g., Python, MATLAB)

- Organisational skills, adaptability, and responsiveness in high-performance environments
Desirable but not essential:
- Prior experience in performance analysis
Job Description
The selected candidate will:
- Automate and consolidate marker-based methods for measuring 2D cycling kinematics on moving bikes
- Integrate biomechanical data with drag assessment to develop innovative coaching tools
- Capture, process, and analyse data from training sessions and competitions
- Maintain athlete/team performance databases
- Deliver real-time analysis, post-race debriefs, and performance reports
- Travel extensively to international UCI track cycling competitions
- Collaborate as part of Cycling Ireland’s High Performance Track Cycling Program within a multi-disciplinary support team
