Scholarship Description
The Skoltech PhD programs provide a multidisciplinary educational experience in state-of-the-art facilities. The programs are delivered in English and offer a broad interdisciplinary curriculum. Eligibility
To be eligible for the PhD program, applicants must:
- Hold an M.Sc. degree or equivalent (specialist degree) from a recognized institution.
- Have a relevant area of study.
Required Documents
Applicants must submit the following documents:
- Motivation letter
- Resume/CV
- Proof of proficiency in English (TOEFL or IELTS)
- Two recommendation letters
- Research proposal
- Transcripts (in English and original language) of all higher education institutions attended
- Optional: GRE results
How to Apply
The application process consists of two stages:
Stage 1: Application at Skoltech’s online portal
Applicants must complete the online application and submit the required documents. They should also indicate the Skoltech faculty member(s) they wish to pursue doctoral studies with.
Stage 2: Selection Days
Invited applicants will undergo interviews and an English test (if necessary).
