Eligibility/Qualification:
- Master’s degree in a related field (or equivalent) by the start date of the PhD position
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Job Description:
Successful candidates will conduct cutting-edge research in their respective work packages, contributing to the development of an interdisciplinary theoretical framework to explain factors influencing social entrepreneurship scaling through replication and imitation. This will involve evaluating the impact of social entrepreneurship business model design, investigating the intentions and outcomes of impact investors, developing an interdisciplinary model for professional learning and curriculum to enhance social entrepreneurship scaling, and exploring the role of digital ecosystems in social entrepreneurship scaling.
