Description
The PhD position is centered on advancing micromechanical test methods for fiber reinforced polymer composites. The successful candidate will optimize microscopic measurement techniques and conduct detailed testing to characterize fiber/matrix interfaces in composites. Responsibilities include monitoring fiber debonding in real-time and applying various loading conditions to analyze interfaces.
